PROMOTION OF ACCESS TO INFORMATION ACT 2000 [PAIA]
The Promotion of Access to Information Act, 2000 (“PAIA”), inter alia, provides for the regulation of the granting or refusal of access to information pertaining to the company. In terms of this legislation, a section 51 a manual is available, this manual provides for certain business information as well as a process for interested parties to apply for access to certain information under the control of AOS.
